It started with a simple approach.
Daniel began his accounting career 20 years ago in a small family-run company.
By taking a simple, polite and consistent approach, he helped reduce the company’s overdue debt by two thirds – and soon went on to run the full General Ledger. It was an early lesson that still shapes Crafted today: When accounts are handled properly, calmly and clearly, businesses run better.

After working inside businesses and later within accountancy practice, Daniel saw how many owners were missing the structure and support they really needed. Messy systems, unclear reports and outdated processes were making things harder than they needed to be. Crafted was created to help change that – giving business owners cleaner accounts, better systems and a clearer understanding of their numbers.
